1/2 1/2 is a chair that is re- constructed based on the re- strictions of a conventional white plastic garden chair. The process of the project consist- ed of shape and material re- search.

The added half is adapted to the existing form language of the garden chair. Fluid, round- ed and linear lines define theshapes and visual expression.

The structure is composed of a wooden frame with laminat- ed parts, while the seat of the chair consists of a PU-foam shaped body, covered in two layers of a woven textile, that has been fixated with epoxy resin.
